The craftsman behind the work

Meet Stamati Charalambidis.

As a certified Red Seal Journeyman Glazier with over 32 years of industry experience and more than 80,000 hours of dedication to the craft, I live and breathe glass. My journey began as a lifelong immersion in our family-owned and operated business, Bill's Glass Studios, which has been shaping excellence in glass since 1977. Over the decades, I have refined my skills alongside elite craftspeople, developing my own signature techniques while seamlessly adapting time-honoured traditions to push the boundaries of what glass can do.

What truly sets my work apart is this rare blend of structural expertise and advanced fine artistry. My diverse skill set spans everything from general architectural glasswork to highly specialised techniques—including glassblowing, flame sculpting, cold-work sculpting, hand-polishing, and the meticulous art of antique mirror repair and recreation. I even push the medium to its absolute limits by creating fully functional, solid glass electric guitars.

Whether we are executing flawless structural installations for your home or business, or fabricating a one-of-a-kind sculpted masterpiece, every single project is handled with an unmatched level of precision, passion, and multi-generational pride.
